TAKAさん、いつも楽しみに拝見しています♪
セレスティアのライヴは大塚が多いようですが、
ライヴハウスのすぐ傍徒歩1分圏内に、
ひょうたん型の色とりどりで美味しい
「千成もなか」の老舗がありますよん♪
大塚に行くたびに私は買っています。
同じ通りの大塚駅に向かって左側で、ごく普通のお店です。
ばら売りしていますので、お時間あったら覗いてみて下さいね。
行かれませんが、ライヴの報告を楽しみにしています～♪

Lately, I exercise to make arm and finger muscles.
Because I want to play guitar well more faster^-^
If you know some good way, please teach me some.
I am a girl, so it may not easy to make it;;

I don't really know any good exercises for building up your arm and finger muscles to improve your guitar skills, because I just practice and play, to get the muscles I need to play my bass guitar better.
I think playing the guitar is the best and the fastest way to get better at playing, instead of doing any muscle exercises.
Play any phrases or licks you like, starting with a slow tempo. Focus on each note you play, clearly and accurately. No need to rush, just be patient. You can build up your muscle you need even in a slow tempo.
I'm not saying that's the best way, but that's what I do usually. Well, give it a try once. You might find something out of it.
